The A4 landscape brochure is a comprehensive real estate sales brochure for all of the developments within Fancourt.

The brochure required a landscape format to accommodate the great imagery of the estate. The design theme is classical and understated in line with the other corporate marketing material Fancourt employs. To ensure that a strong corporate image was supported, the presence of the company brand had to be maintained and considered in every detail throughout the brochure – right down to the choice of print finish.
