INTRIGUE – a Johannesburg-based fashion and accessories boutique, offering a modern range of street-hip women's designer clothing.

In designing this brand, the objective was to build on the word ‘intrigue’ and create curiosity, by using femininity with flair. To accommodate the corporate image of the company and at the same time create an exciting brand, the design had to assimilate the classical and the modern and retain a fairytale complexity and softness that would become the basis of the brand.

CREATE DESIGN ™ decided that the Intrigue brand needed more than just a logo and we set ourselves the task of designing and illustrating an intricate pattern that would become the brand signature. We worked with antique golds and creams, combining these with velvet aubergine and plum to achieve the desired effect. The brand has been rolled out in store merchandising –stationery, swing tickets, posters, adverts and signage.
